Hi, I’m Tiffany Hampton — a real estate coach, consultant, and passionate advocate for helping agents build lives and businesses they love.

I started in real estate back in 1999, not knowing just how much it would shape my life. Over the years, I’ve worked nearly every role in the business — agent, broker, productivity coach, team leader, tech trainer — and along the way, I’ve personally helped over 360 families buy, sell, or invest in over $50 million in real estate.

But beyond the numbers, my true passion lies in helping agents like you find clarity, confidence, and momentum. Whether you’re brand new, stuck at a plateau, or ready to scale to the next level, I’m here to help you get focused, get into action, and get results.

I’ve designed coaching programs that blend proven systems with personalized strategy — because no two agents are alike, and your goals deserve more than a one-size-fits-all plan. My approach is intuitive, practical, and no-fluff. I’ll challenge you, cheer for you, and keep you accountable.

I’m a mom of three, a Jersey girl at heart in a Maine world, and the go-to “get it done” gal when you’re ready to stop spinning and start building. You’ll usually find me with a laptop, coffee in hand, and a big whiteboard full of ideas to help agents win in any market.
